Over twenty years in uniform he rose from enlisted soldier, earned two Bronze Star Medals, and served as Inspector General at NETCOM. Since retiring from active service he authored and maintains the Army IG policy that cleared the enterprise to field AI tools, and builds practical tools for the community, including the Army IG Mentor, GEMA a ghost email authoring tool, Army Slidev, web-based slide development tool and NotifWhen, an IG notification memo tool.
